International:

Delivery During Peak Periods:

Times may vary during seasonal peaks such as Christmas. As such we suggest selecting express during these periods. 

Import Taxes & Duty Charges:

May apply for international orders outside of Australia. Please note that international customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees or charges that are applied by customs or other authorities (including couriers) in the country of receipt. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

CUSTOMISE YOUR ORDER AS A GIFT

Each Toppy's order comes with an eco-friendly dust bag and a handwritten note. If you would like to customise the note you can add your message at checkout.  

RETURNS CONDITIONS

All customers are responsible for any import customs, duties, fees and taxes which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Toppy's Goods is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Toppy's Goods you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

As much as we want you to love your Toppy's purchase, we understand you may change your mind and that's ok. To ensure eligibility for a return, kindly make sure the product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.

Please contact us to organise an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Postage and handling is covered by the purchaser to send the item back. Toppy's is not responsible for lost parcels, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all parcels as proof of shipment.
